Foxglenn sits on Flagstaff's east side just north of Butler Avenue, near its intersection with Fourth Street, with Foxglenn Park across Butler to the south. A local brokerage describes it as bordered by Elk Run to the east and Falcon Ridge to the west. Streets such as North Foxglenn Street, Fox Lair Drive, and Deer Crossing Road hold single-family homes built mostly from 1979 to 1986, and The Meadows townhomes sit on Spring Meadows Circle.

Foxglenn is one of the east side's more consistent neighborhoods: similar ages, similar lot sizes, and mostly no HOA. That makes the comps clean, so the conversation moves quickly to condition and updates.

Over the last twelve months the MLS shows 16 closings. The 11 single-family homes sold from $565,000 to $689,000, with a median of $640,000 and the middle half between about $607,000 and $650,000; the typical one was about 1,820 square feet, built around 1981, on about 8,100 square feet of land. The 5 townhomes, all in The Meadows, sold from $460,000 to $500,000, with a median of $480,000. Median days on market was 54 for single-family homes and 63 for townhomes.

Foxglenn Park, at 4200 East Butler Avenue, has soccer and softball fields, basketball, picnic ramadas, and restrooms, and the City's Foxglenn Trail starts in the park and follows the Rio de Flag. The Flagstaff Aquaplex is about a mile away, and Butler Avenue connects to I-40 and Fourth Street.
