Harlequin Homes Group is a Flagstaff, Arizona real estate team led by Brannon Harbur and Matt Llano and brokered by Real Broker AZ. We live here, run here, and sell homes here every day. We also work throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley, Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro, and the rest of Northern Arizona. Since founding the team in 2021 we have closed more than $105 million in sales, and we are consistently ranked as the #1 small team in Flagstaff by both sales volume and closed sides.
The team is named for Pekoe, our late Harlequin Great Dane and Harlow, our late Boxer mix. Our house is now run by our Harlequin Great Dane puppy, Aspen, and our Golden Mountain Doodle, Yoshi.
We are a team of three, and every client gets all three of us. That is on purpose. It means the person who priced your home is the same person on the phone during negotiations, and nobody is ever "just the assistant." We believe luxury isn't a price point; it's a level of service. Every homeowner is treated with the same preparation, the same communication, and the same attention to what could go wrong before it does.
Our approach comes from Brannon's accounting and construction background and Matt's years as a professional distance runner. One of us reads spreadsheets for fun. The other knows persistence, dedication, and commitment to a craft. Between us, that turns into three things clients notice. First, a clear plan: a sequential recommendation, not a menu of options. Second, honesty about what the market is doing and where deals fall apart, because we have been through it. Third, visible work, so you always know what has been done and what is next.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are relocating to Flagstaff, often from Phoenix, Tucson, California or Albuquerque, and what they need first is someone who knows the town well enough to explain the difference between Ponderosa Trails and Continental Country Club, and what snow, elevation, wells and septic actually mean for the home they are about to buy. Many others are looking for a second home or a short-term rental in and around Flagstaff, and since we own and operate short-term rentals ourselves, we bring an owner's perspective to that search rather than just an agent's. And when it is time to sell, we represent homes across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, including Pine Canyon, Forest Highlands and Flagstaff Ranch, where our Real Luxury and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations and the full team's attention go into every listing.
