Bow and Arrow Acres is an older south Flagstaff subdivision, recorded in several units, on streets such as Pima Drive, Cochise Drive, Zuni Drive, Papago Drive, Gila Drive, and Kofa Drive. City permits in 2024 and 2025 show re-roofs and window replacements on existing homes rather than new construction, and the neighborhood's own City park sits on Cochise Drive. Ponderosa Trails, Pine Canyon, and University Heights are nearby.
Bow and Arrow Acres gives buyers a detached home with no HOA a few minutes from NAU and the Woodlands Village stores. Most homes here are 50 to 70 years old, so we plan the inspection around the roof, the windows, and what has been updated.
Because fewer than ten homes sold here in the last twelve months, these figures cover the last three years. The MLS shows 14 closings, 6 of them in the last twelve months, between $360,000 and $640,000, with a median of $477,500. The 12 single-family homes had a median of $485,000, with the middle half between about $459,000 and $540,000; the typical one was about 1,390 square feet, built around 1966, on about 7,900 square feet. One modular home, built in 1998, and one manufactured home, built in 2017, also sold. Median days on market was 40, and none of the sales listed an HOA fee.
Bow and Arrow Park, a City park on Cochise Drive, has a half basketball court and picnic tables. The Bow and Arrow Trail, part of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, is a 1.7-mile gravel trail that follows the Bow and Arrow Wash along a wide canyon and runs parallel to Zuni Drive west of Lone Tree Road, according to Trailforks, and the paved Ponderosa Trail connects the park to Ponderosa Trails.
