Townhomes sold between $465,000 and $563,000, with a median of $509,000. Median days on market was 55 for single-family homes.

Every home belongs to the Woodlands Village Residential Owners Association, managed by Sterling Real Estate Management, with an Architectural Committee that reviews paint, landscaping, fencing, roofing, additions, and decks. The townhome sections add their own associations and dues. The streets are City streets, so the City's winter parking rule applies, and the association asks owners to clear sidewalks within 24 hours after the last snowfall.
